Menus change to meet your needs – with a special attention to Postpartum menus, as new moms will need and crave different foods in the early days and later on.
Menus always feature these key elements : Warming – Soothing – Cooked and easy to digest – Hydrating – Colorful – Uplifting – Cozy

Ingredients :
Chef Guillemette sources organic ingredients first, and locally grown/made whenever possible. She does her best to avoid plastic packagings when other more sustainable options are available.
Meals are always cooked from scratch – this means nothing unpronounceable, synthetic, dyed, highly processed, highly refined, bleached is used

The Food :
From soups and broths, to stews from far and near, large wholesome salads, rustic veggie galettes, snacks and amazing desserts, Chef Guillemette’s menus are always a hit! She gets new recipe ideas when travelling, reading, eating out, and talking to fellow food lovers, chefs or ‘gourmands’.
